Through Use:

Details shared during assessments, messages, consultations, and feedback.

Mental health and emotional wellbeing information voluntarily shared during assessments, counseling sessions, chats, feedback forms, or other interactions within the platform.

Billing Info:

We may collect transaction details. (We do not collect card numbers.)

b. Information We Collect Automatically

IP address, device and browser type, cookies and unique identifiers, pages visited, clicks, and time spent.

Approximate location information may be collected with your permission to improve service delivery, personalize user experience, and ensure platform security.

In certain cases, records may be retained for up to 8 years where required for regulatory, administrative, or legal purposes, in accordance with applicable Indian laws such as the Income Tax Act, 1961.

Intellectual Property Shared by You

If you upload content containing intellectual property, you grant Mind A Lot a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for providing Services. You may revoke this by deleting the content.
